Rooted in Legacy & Inner Safety

Over thirty years ago, at the age of twenty-two, I made one of the most defining decisions of my life: I left Iran and moved alone to Stockholm, Sweden. Leaving behind my beloved family and the home where I was raised, I carried both grief and hope—and a deep inner calling to grow.

Navigating that profound transition taught me how deeply safety, belonging, and inner grounding influence our ability to move forward in life. These lived insights now form the foundation of how I guide high-achieving leaders and clients through complex inner and outer shifts.

My foundation was shaped by my parents and the profound values they lived by. During the Iranian revolution, my mother—a visionary entrepreneur—navigated adversity with dignity and courage. Alongside her, my father made the brave choice to care for us full-time, guiding our family with quiet wisdom, integrity, and unconditional love.
